We
have several excellent choices of caterers.
Other vendors, such as florists, bands, disc jockeys,
photographers,and videographers, etc.,
are a matter of choice for you. We are glad to suggest names of quality
providers.
We request that the vendors be bonded, insured and
have workers' compensation insurance.

We
also have the main building which has a 5000 square foot main room with
breakout rooms for meetings.
This building is great for rehearsal parties and
weddings on a budget.
Our lawns are finished in sod to offer a great
backdrop for small wedding parties and pictures.
Included in this building are rectangular tables
and folding chairs for your events.
The main building houses 13 private guest rooms
with individual baths that can be rented separately for overnight guests.

Deposits
are due at the time of booking. The balance is due 90 days prior to
the event.
A security deposit of $500.00 is required for
groups of less than 100 people and $750.00 for groups of more than 100
people.
This will be refunded within two weeks after the
event provided no damages have occurred.
Checks need to be made to The Overl000k at the
Clinton House.
Tours are available upon request.
